The Bell Suites by Sunsuria City is a newly launched high-rise condominium located in Sepang overlooking the established Xiamen University. We were awarded to handle the renovation of the building's main reception, guest waiting area, gym and lobby's lift entrance. The project was built and designed to allow natural sunlight and air to flow thru the reception and main lobby areas to ensure good air circulation and ample of natural sunlight for a more comfortable experience. The building also uses a lot of curves and modern geometric design to provide the reception area with unique characters.
